Shipping, Returns & Custom Orders

Shipping

In-stock items ship within 3–5 days. This is the time before dispatch, not the delivery time. USPS delivery time is additional.

USPS shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Shipping rates are based on the merchandise total after discounts:

• Up to $50: $7.99
• $50.01–$99: $12.99
• $99.01–$149.99: $16.99
• $150 or more: free USPS shipping

Returns

Returned items must be unused. Exchanges are not accepted. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns of in-stock items are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the item refund. The buyer pays all postage, including original shipping and return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Before returning an item, please email cliff@downeastleathercraft.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Custom orders

Custom orders are not returnable. Current custom-order lead time is 4–6 weeks. Please confirm your design, measurements, price, and timing with Cliff before placing a custom order.
